Yay it's the weekend!
Woot! I used Heifer Project International for the first time yesterday. It beats the LJ virtual gifts hands down.
Plus... an actual gift that does something instead of just loo cool. Worthwhile gifting in honour of someone who deserves many presents for all she gives me without even being aware of it.
I bought chickens as aliaself over on LJ and I decided they were the easiest to raise and give the most back also they were strangely appropriate.
The BBB gives the organization two thumbs up and Susan Sarandon uses them as well so I am willing to trust them. :)

What is wrong with people this year? Yes, school starts Tuesday. The school year starts the day after Labour day every year in this country. I've been working over time for two weeks now. I don't care that you only just finished you course syllabus. Really. I. Don't. Why should you get to jump the queue... oh wait YOU DON'T. Jerks.
I swore I wouldn't stay late today and yet here I still be. I cannot believe I am such a wuss. I'm fighting to not come in tomorrow.
